JEFF KOHLMAN
President
Jeff is a military veteran with over 50 years of leadership and development skills, and a Bi-Lingual Program Manager with over 20 years of success in logistical operations, financial management, new business development, contract administration, and maintenance operations. He is well versed in business start-ups and implementation both nationally, and internationally to include countries such as Iraq, Kuwait, Honduras, and El Salvador. Jeff is an expert in developing multi-service procedures, managing multi-million dollar budgets and revenues, and forming strategic alliances with key partners to champion the implementation of government services initiatives. Mr. Kohlman is a member of the Aviation Management Consulting Group and several community outreach programs, both nationally and internationally.
KATHERINE ROBBINS
Vice President
Katherine is the minority woman founder of Emerging Excellence, a non-profit 501(c)3. She is guiding its mission and vision through providing the underserved community, minority women, and formally incarcerated populations tools and resources to change their lives. Iris is a champion and advocate for the underserved, at-risk, and vulnerable populations. Her goal of further helping the community has been realized through the practices of Emerging Excellence. Katherine has been instrumental in several initiatives to advance the financial stability and community unity of the underserved population. Katherine is a member of the National Small Business Associations Leadership Council.
DANIEL DIXION
Treasurer
Daniel has over twenty years in business management and customer services. He is an advocate for the community on mental health, fighting against stigmas, microaggressions, and discriminatory practices for the mentally challenged. Daniel is well versed in Human Resources and has played a key part in equality when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Daniel adapts to change and does not see problems ahead of her but only challenges that need to have resolve.
DOMINIQUE MATHEWS
Secretary
Dominique is a Quality Manager that has worked for various contractor companies providing ISO 9001:2020 and AS9100 Quality Management support. She also performed Human Resources responsibilities, to include training, company relationships, on-boarding, health and safety, and the company culture. Dominique has worked in Quality Management for over 5years and has participated in several third-party audits as well as company audits. She is a 30-hour general industry safety and health professional. She has also attended the AQS Solutions course for lead auditor
